Maximum Auto Parts- Return Policy:
Automotive Part and accessory returns that are returned for a credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special-order products are NOT returnable for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed. Service manuals and books are not returnable. No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. To return your parts please: email shipping@maximumautoparts.com your order number, name, email address, parts you would like to return, and the reason you want to return them. Refunds for returns or cores normally take 30 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Free Ground Shipping:UPS Ground shipping is free in all orders over $50.00 and takes approximately 5-7 business days to receive. UPS Ground shipping is available to the 48 Continental United States only. Overnight and 2-Day Shipping:Overnight and 2-day shipping is available through Airborne/DHL only. All airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. You can view schedules and transit times for your delivery zip code by visiting the Airborne web-site. All orders must be received by 4PM EST. Alaska and Hawaii Shipping:All orders not being shipped to the Continental 48 United States are shipped using Airborne/DHL only. Expected delivery time is 7-8 business days from the date of order. All Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped UPS Ground (3-4 business days) to our NJ location first for processing. Shipping and handling for these orders are charged on a separate invoice after the weight and dimensions are calculated. There is a $12.95 handling fee on all orders to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Performance Order Shipping:All performance parts are shipped using Fed Ex Ground only. Expected delivery time for performance orders are 5-7 business days. All performance orders ship within 24 hours. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order. We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation but this will be done should the need arise. |
