Quiet Pads Can Be Applied Either Before Or After Painting The Panel. After The Sheet Metal Surface Is Thoroughly Cleaned, Apply Quiet Pad To Doors, Firewall, Floor, Tunnel, Package Tray, Trunk Floor, Wheel Wells Or Quarter Panels. Use Scissors Or Razor Knife To Cut Quiet Pads To The Desired Shape Or Size Prior To Removing The White Release Paper. The Ambient Temperature Of The Application Surface And Quiet Pad Material Should Not Be Below 60 Degrees F. Quiet Pads Are A Blend Of Asphalt, Modified Rubber And A Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Film.
